Recycle! Total makeover!

Hello! I decided to make some order and to throw out some things that I don't need. I stumbled on an old telephone box and a cookie box. So here I give you total makeover!


First this is the cookie box that I was talking about.

 I used some pearled beads and put them on wire to make the handlers.

And next is the telephone box :)

My first quilled keys

Some paper quilled keys, painted in golden, silver and copper. For these paper keys I used only black paper, then paint and after that transparent varnish so that I won't have any surprises when handling them.

Here you have a present tag for someone special :P

I believe that it has a pretty realistic look because someone even had mistaken with a real key :D.

Origami jewellery box

Jewellery box painted in different shades of green with an origami flower on top and off course quilling couldn't miss, a 3d quilled butterfly.

The rose is also made of paper, it's an origami rose.

3 Quilled Flower Box

This is one of the projects that I am proud of ! Wooden box painted in silver grey to make a classy look and also a pearl that makes the center of the flower.

Maybe you think that's all, but stick around and have a sit ;) 

Usually a jewellery box is pretty only on the outside but this one is pretty also on the inside  :D

Quilled buterfly box

I've seen a lot of quilling crafts but one thing that I didn't seen so often were jewellery boxes.

So here you have a quilled buterfly using the beehive technique and quilled roses on an wooden box.

I've chose to paint this box in this color because I knew that will go really nice with all the colorful quilling that I added.

At first this was just a common cardboard box, but with some wrap paper and color tape, on the sides, it turned out in an distinctive gift box.

Wooden spoons decorated with quilling flowers and cupcakes.

You hang them on the kitchen door or above your oven.
