Blue flowers

Here it is a butterfly using the beehive technique and quilling blue flowers.

I love the contrast between the colors and the backround.

The blue ribbon is glued to the card. Next time I will use ribbons that are made for cards and not for sewing.

Have a happy quilled day!

Hello ! I would like to present you a simpler way to make baby cards. Using red and blue paper that I punched in the shape of a baby carriage and add some quilled flowers.

For the background colourfoul board seemed to be a good a ideea.

Multi Strips Quilling Card

Hello ! I have not done a lot of multi strips quilling so said that I should give it a try. It turned out to be not as difficult as I thought.

Till next time, I wish you a happy quilled day !

Quilled Water Flowers

Hello there ! Lately I worked a lot to make some cards for the fair that will take place on April 20th at Bienne.
This is one of them

I made this quilling flowers that I call water flowers because of the colour and also the transperant bead that I put in the middle.
Recently I bought some colourful ribbons, this ribbon that you can see in the picture is one of them. I think that it goes well with the card :)

I wish you a happy quilled day.

Thank you card

I saw a lot of thank you cards and I had none. So I give you my first thank you card !

Decorated with roses and a lace that I glued on the board.

                                                     Have a happy quilled day ! :)

Papyrus Quilling

Recently I bought this paper that looks like papyrus and i thought that it will look nice with some 3d quilled buds :)

In general I love patern contrasts and this card is a balance beteween the old and the new that blossoms before your very eyes.

Have a happy quilled day !

Bird sitting on a tree... Q-U-I-L-L-I-N-G

After I finished this card, the playground song with Dave and Joy sitting on a tree, K-I-S-S-I-N-G , poped in my mind :))).

The bird is just like the famous Mona Lisa, you have the impresion that is watching you..... but in fact it has a mobil eye :))))

Have a happy quilled day !

Offcourse I couldn't help myself not to add quilling.... :P
Using real buttons for the shirt and below I have gently framed the ''happy birthday'' message with quilling details.

Flower bouquet

I've been imagining making a realistic flower bouquet from quilling and here it is what i've realized. I have tried my luck with these flower buds that turned out quiet cute :).
I have added a lot of quilled leafs that also give a 3d effect because some of them are positioned one above other.

Chic collection Women

This is the beginning of the chic collection :P
Using an origami dress (you can see the tutorial here) and 3d quilling hat all is made from 4 mm strips of paper. It has taking me a bit too long to make this hat because as you can see the edge of the hat it is made from really small quilling that gives the hat style. My idea to alternate between apple-green and bottle-green was not bad at all but in practice is a bit different when you mistaken the colors. At the end i believe that i've done a pretty decent job.

For this card i've used an manequin shape, decorated with an abstract motif and a hat. The hat is made from 6mm width paper strips.
